TOO LONELY TO MAKE SENSE - AGELESS POETRY - DADA
There were six of us in total
For the deed of burying you and so it is
That I know that it is right and just
To say here that all shall be
The better if you just stood and got damned for
Being all you were – a man who achieved what no-one appreciated
Crossing to seas and then another to make it
To my mother’s heart. I will be
Then and there the one
Who remits this to those who go
And come without necessary reading
Of the tongue of you and not mine
For I will be the better for this
Now I know how sad
I am.
